I actually think that [name]Joseph[/name] and [name]Silas[/name] sound okay together, and [name]River[/name] is the odd one out. I kind of see [name]River[/name] as a unisex name, whereas [name]Joseph[/name] and [name]Silas[/name] are definitely solid boy names.
An R name that I think would be perfect with [name]Joseph[/name] and [name]Silas[/name] is [name]Reuben[/name] 
Thanks for the opinion, I hadn’t thought of it like that. If [name]River[/name] were given exclusively to boys, would the set match? Or what if [name]River[/name] was the sister to [name]Joseph[/name] and [name]Silas[/name]?
I think the names sound great together. They’re rhythmically in sync, Biblical (if you count references to the river [name]Jordan[/name]), and I wouldn’t part with any of them.
I personally dislike the name [name]Silas[/name], so that gives me an initial biased against the sibset. Moreover, I don’t really think the names fit well together. [name]Joseph[/name] is strong classic, and common, while [name]River[/name] is very nature-y and softer sounding (to me).
I kind of like this combination, even despite stylistic differences. It’s got a kind of down home, country charm.
I think that if [name]River[/name] was the sister of [name]Joseph[/name] and [name]Silas[/name] it would be better, but the sibset would still sound a little bit off to me. Having said that, it looks like your poll is pretty much split right down the middle, so it seems like it’s basically just a matter of preference. 
If I saw [name]Joseph[/name], [name]Silas[/name], and [name]River[/name] I would assume [name]River[/name] was their sister! I think that the names work better together if [name]Joseph[/name] and [name]Silas[/name] are your boys and [name]River[/name] is your little girl because then the differences are less important. I also think Zeph, [name]Silas[/name], and [name]River[/name] works it just seems odd with [name]Joseph[/name] in my opinion. I think of the three names [name]Silas[/name] can work with either so its about which of the other two you prefer and what style overall you are going for.

They are all cute names. [name]One[/name] does seem out of place though. It might be [name]River[/name], but it might not be depending on which order you would put the names in.
I don’t really think they fit together. I think [name]Joseph[/name] and [name]Silas[/name] work well together and [name]River[/name] seems out of place even if it’s their sister’s name. I think a third biblical name or at least more traditional name would be a better fit.
