I like [name_u]Sullivan[/name_u] and [name_m]Griffin[/name_m] the most. I think [name_m]Griffin[/name_m] is more distinct from [name_u]Sullivan[/name_u], having the -in ending, but each having a double letter is a nice commonality between the two.

If you need any more inspiration, how about:

[name_m]Lincoln[/name_m]
[name_m]Finnegan[/name_m]
[name_m]Franklin[/name_m]
[name_u]Lennon[/name_u]
[name_m]Malcolm[/name_m]

I also like [name_u]Sullivan[/name_u] and [name_m]Griffin[/name_m] the best of your current options! [name_m]Callahan[/name_m] works very nicely too.
