What about [name_u]Luca[/name_u] or [name_m]Luka[/name_m] for a boy as an alternative for [name_m]Luke[/name_m]? I feel like it goes better with [name_f]Stella[/name_f]. I’ve always liked the name [name_m]Angelo[/name_m], I think it goes well with [name_f]Stella[/name_f] too but it may not be your style. Maybe [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f], [name_f]Vivianna[/name_f], [name_f]Carlotta[/name_f], [name_f]Cosetta[/name_f], [name_f]Emiliana[/name_f], or [name_f]Carmela[/name_f] (this one may be a bit too rhyme-y) for a girl? From what you have I like [name_f]Francesca[/name_f] or [name_f]Rose[/name_f] with [name_f]Stella[/name_f] 
I think [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and [name_f]Stella[/name_f] sound beautiful together and for a boy, I don’t know why, but [name_m]Jack[/name_m] immediately popped into my head. [name_m]Jack[/name_m] and [name_f]Stella[/name_f] are very classic yet stylish

From your list, I really like [name_f]Louisa[/name_f] for a girl, I think it goes beautifully with [name_f]Stella[/name_f]. For a boy from your list I would say [name_m]Luke[/name_m] or [name_m]George[/name_m], I don’t think [name_m]Brock[/name_m] goes that well with [name_f]Stella[/name_f] though.

You’ll be saying them a lot together until it becomes almost like a new word stellaandgeorge or stellaandluke etc so my advice would be see what rolls off the tongue nicely
Girlswise I think [name_f]Louisa[/name_f] has a lovely rhythm to it with the stress being on the second syllable

Also, I know these sisters called [name_f]Lena[/name_f] ([name_f]Helena[/name_f]) and [name_f]Ellie[/name_f] ([name_f]Eleanor[/name_f]) because their mom wanted their names to have the same meaning which I think is sweet
If you did wanna go down this route, than [name_f]Isis[/name_f] I think is a beautiful name and she was the Egyptian goddess of the stars so would go nicely with [name_f]Stella[/name_f]'s meaning
