Brother to Juliet

We have been agonizing over baby names for our soon to be little boy and we need to make a decision very, very soon! In no particular order, our short list is: [name]Andrew[/name], [name]Alexander[/name], and [name]Sebastian[/name]. Please share your honest opinions about the names themselves and pairing with [name]Juliet[/name]. I would share more info but I really would like unbiased opinions. If you hate the name or combo, please let me know. Middle name will likely be [name]Joseph[/name] regardless of first name choice.

You can’t go wrong with any of the names, but my favorite as a brother to [name]Juliet[/name] would be [name]Sebastian[/name]. [name]Andrew[/name] and [name]Alexander[/name] are both fine names but very traditional and expected, and [name]Juliet[/name] is a little more unusual than those, so I would pair it with [name]Sebastian[/name].

I love [name]Sebastian[/name] [name]Joseph[/name], and [name]Juliet[/name] and [name]Sebastian[/name] are stunning together! I like the subtle tie to [name]Shakespeare[/name]–it’s not as obvious as [name]Juliet[/name] and [name]Romeo[/name] or even [name]Juliet[/name] and [name]Roman[/name], but [name]Sebastian[/name] is a great Shakespearean character, and I think [name]Juliet[/name] and [name]Sebastian[/name] are just stunning together!

Have you considered [name]August[/name]? I think [name]Juliet[/name] and [name]August[/name] would be lovely, too.

[name]Andrew[/name]- Such a classic, you really can’t go wrong with it. Great nickname options- [name]Drew[/name] and [name]Andy[/name]. I think it sounds just fine with [name]Juliet[/name].

[name]Alexander[/name]- I feel this is a but dated. [name]Both[/name] [name]Alexander[/name] and [name]Juliet[/name] have strong sounds in them- “x” and “t” which don’t give a nice flow. I think your other options are much more suitable with [name]Juliet[/name].

[name]Sebastian[/name]- This name is definitely a classic, but a bit more daring than the popular [name]Andrew[/name]. [name]Bas[/name] is an adorable nickname.

I’m voting for [name]Sebastian[/name] [name]Joseph[/name].

I think [name]Juliet[/name] and [name]Sebastian[/name] would be perfect, and I think [name]Sebastian[/name] [name]Joseph[/name] is very handsome.

They are good solid names and you can’t go wrong with any of them. I would take [name]Sebastian[/name] since it is the least common of the three!

I can’t hear [name]Sebastian[/name] without thinking of The [name]Little[/name] Mermaid… I prefer [name]Juliet[/name] and [name]Andrew[/name] [name]Joseph[/name]

In my opinion [name]Andrew[/name] is a tiny bit dated, and also quite boring to be honest.
I like both [name]Alexander[/name] and [name]Sebastian[/name] though. [name]Both[/name] goes well with [name]Juliet[/name].
[name]Juliet[/name] and [name]Sebastian[/name] sound a little more posh than [name]Juliet[/name] and [name]Alexander[/name], but it’s also a more unexpected combination. But you honestly can’t go wrong with either of them.

Thank you so much for all of the opinions, please keep them coming!
