Brother to Lachlan

[name_f]My[/name_f] co-worker has a boy named [name_m]Lachlan[/name_m]. Yesterday she had a delivery surprise! Another boy!
She hasn’t announced his name yet. I am very curious to know what it will be. [name_m]Lachlan[/name_m] is a great Scottish name. Her maiden name is MacIsaac. When she had her first, people were hoping she would chose [name_m]Isaac[/name_m]. Maybe she will this time.
What would you name [name_m]Lachlan[/name_m]'s brother?

Well, [name_m]Isaac[/name_m] MacIsaac would be sort of redundant, wouldn’t it?

[name_m]Lachlan[/name_m] and brother…

[name_m]Seamus[/name_m]
[name_m]Alastair[/name_m]
[name_m]Conal[/name_m]
[name_m]Dermot[/name_m]
[name_u]Devin[/name_u] (if she doesn’t mind the shared “n” ending)
[name_m]Desmond[/name_m]
[name_u]Douglas[/name_u]
[name_m]Graham[/name_m]
[name_m]Fergus[/name_m]
[name_m]Ciaran[/name_m]
[name_m]Fraser[/name_m]
[name_u]Niall[/name_u]/[name_u]Neil[/name_u]
[name_u]Rory[/name_u]
[name_m]Sean[/name_m]
[name_m]Tobin[/name_m]
[name_m]Oscar[/name_m]
[name_m]Rafferty[/name_m]
[name_u]Rowan[/name_u]
[name_u]Shea[/name_u]
[name_m]Torin[/name_m]
[name_m]Ronan[/name_m]
[name_u]Finn[/name_u]

I would be tempted to use [name_m]Macsen[/name_m] [name_m]Isaac[/name_m] or just [name_m]Isaac[/name_m]. [name_m]Lachlan[/name_m] and [name_m]Macsen[/name_m] feel more similar stylistically though.

ETA: Maybe [name_m]Archer[/name_m] MacIsaac or [name_m]Asher[/name_m] MacIsaac? I really like [name_m]Archer[/name_m] or [name_m]Asher[/name_m] as a brother to [name_m]Lachlan[/name_m]. That hit me as soon as I clicked out of the thread and I had to come back and add it.

Her maiden name is MacIsaac
