[name_m]Hi[/name_m] so 2weeks to go only but my husband changed his mind about the name we had agreed on for months for C.éleste and E.lliot’s baby sister coming any time soon…
We had picked A.dèle. we need a name that works in [name_m]French[/name_m] and English. The rest of our list is :

  • L.ouisa
  • L.éa
  • M.argaux

I also like so many other names but hubby won’t have it ([name_f]Iris[/name_f], [name_f]Liv[/name_f], Léonore, [name_f]Ivy[/name_f], [name_f]Nina[/name_f], etc…)

Please help. Which of the three do you see going better with the siblings?

I love M.argaux! It works well with her siblings’ names too.

I actually feel like L.ouisa works the best with C.eleste and [name_f]El[/name_f].liot! It’s a shame he ruled A.dèle out though. I know you didnt ask for suggestions, but I can see A.mèlie going rather well too.

Another vote for [name_f]Louisa[/name_f]! Although [name_f]Margaux[/name_f] comes in as a close second.

I like [name_f]Margaux[/name_f]. [name_f]Louisa[/name_f] and [name_f]Lea[/name_f] are too many L’s among the sibs.

Thanks everyone for the replies. Gives me confidence in both Margau.x or L.ouisa. Never thought of the too many “L” sounds in the three kids’ names but it makes sense.
Amélie I don’t like it too much, [name_f]Flora[/name_f] either, but I do like [name_f]Fleur[/name_f].
I am thinking or a flower middle name instead of [name_f]Fleur[/name_f] as an actual name or middle name though.

Would you have any suggestions on middle names? My daughter has one mn, my son and I two, so we can go with two mn again with lil sis!

[name_f]Capucine[/name_f] (little flower in [name_m]French[/name_m], but dh doesn’t like the cappuccino sound!)

and obv either M.argaux or L.ouisa depending on which one we don’t get to use on 1st name.

I still love [name_f]Adele[/name_f] for you (can’t do accent on my laptop, sorry). [name_f]Louisa[/name_f] would be my next choice.

M.argaux [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] and M.argaux [name_f]Cerise[/name_f] are my favorite options for you. I think M.argaux works best with the rather tailored sister name.
