[name_m]How[/name_m] is pronounced, and WDYT? I say it kad-fay-[name_f]ELL[/name_f].
I think it’s pronounced KAD-file, but instinctively I’d want to say Cad-fayl.
In Welsh, “f” makes a “v” sound. I think the correct pronunciation is more like Cadvile.
It looks interesting, but either way it’s two negative words smushed together… “cad fail” or “cad vile”. I wouldn’t be able to get around that, sorry. Cavill, like the actor’s last name would be a bit out there but sounds similar without the negative connotations…
Hmm…thanks everyone. I only have it on my list because I like the name Castiel, but I NEVER plan to watch Supernatural, so I thought of this as an alternative.
