LN: From your last Google search (or bing, yahoo etc)
DW: FN is one of your siblings’ name (or cousin), MN is one of your aunts’ names (or godmother). Maiden name is your mother’s maiden name.
DH: FN is masculine of your own name, MN is your grandfather’s name.

Child #2: FN is made with letters from his/her opposite gender parent, MN is made with letters from same gender parent.
Child #3: FN is the color of your socks or derived from (for bare feet: derived from pink or brown depending on your skin color), MN is the color of a bracelet or watch you’re wearing or derived from (for non-bracelet wearers: derived from white or black depending on your skin).
