[name_f]Duana[/name_f] “ [name_f]Dua[/name_f] “ [name_f]Aithne[/name_f] [name_m]Buxton[/name_m] (23) is Muir’s younger sister who admittedly can be a bit too hyped. She was excited for [name_m]Muir[/name_m] first dating [name_m]Garry[/name_m] N, though she now knows it wasn’t meant to be. [name_f]Dua[/name_f] hopes they forgive each other at least, though she doesn’t see them necessarily reconciling in the way the Newerth parents see. [name_m]Muir[/name_m] and Dua’s parents are strongly together as well, but not as long as [name_m]Doc[/name_m] and his wife, plus the [name_m]Buxton[/name_m] parents are not romantics. As for Dua’s own love life, she likes being single and she’s helped [name_m]Muir[/name_m] enjoy single life too. Though [name_f]Dua[/name_f] did have to understand that [name_m]Muir[/name_m] is not as “embracing” with being single as [name_f]Dua[/name_f] is. They have much different stories on that, plus [name_f]Dua[/name_f] herself wouldn’t have wanted people to assume she and her BFF are a couple. Both [name_f]Dua[/name_f] and her BFF are lesbian women themselves, super close friendship, but they are not a couple and aren’t attracted to each other that way. Which annoys them when anyone assumes otherwise or asks why they wouldn’t be. Their friendship is very happy and while they don’t live together, they still enjoy having “adult sleepovers”.

[name_f]Dua[/name_f] feels Muir’s colleague is a cool person and that she’s grateful [name_m]Muir[/name_m] and her colleague don’t get nearly as many questions about why they’re[name_f][/name_f] not in a relationship. Muir’s colleague is pretty similar to Dua’s BFF in terms of how they try to make themselves happy, so it’s no surprise people with those temperaments would be friends with a [name_m]Buxton[/name_m]. [name_f]Dua[/name_f] herself works at a coffee & tea lounge, though she’s honestly more of the tea person while Muir’s friend tends to prefer getting coffee. Interestingly, [name_m]John[/name_m] [name_m]Cameron[/name_m] [name_m]Jones[/name_m] [name_m]Jr[/name_m]. used to be a co-worker of Dua’s when he was piling on jobs to support the family. [name_f]Dua[/name_f] was an acquaintance of [name_m]Johnny[/name_m], though she didn’t know why he left until learning about [name_f]Janna[/name_f] and how things have changed for the [name_m]Jones[/name_m] family. [name_f]Dua[/name_f] feels absolutely horrible and she too wants to tell him that she’s sorry for his loss, since he didn’t seem to her like the type to open up about that. Given her nature in embracing change, she knows [name_m]John[/name_m] is happier now that he’s in college and she’s delighted by that. She’s learned from her parents and sister to give him space, since they were more acquaintances than anything else, and she’s notably bad and awkward with what to say about sad topics. [name_f]Dua[/name_f] is often doing the right thing, though she knows her words don’t always make the best comfort, though people know she’s trying. She doesn’t overstep with Muir’s friend, but he seems alright with her and that’s what matters in terms of her acquaint with him as well.
