Two of my all time favourite names are [name]Cameo[/name] and Chamomile, but I can’t decide which I like better! You could never have the two be together, unless they were twins and you were into that kind of twin-y names thing. I like the unisex [name]Cam[/name] nn and the more feminine [name]Cammie[/name] options for each, and I love the meaning for each. I just can’t decide which I prefer!
[name]Cameo[/name]: I love the ee-oh ending, but in sound and aesthetic. I also love the item meaning (those little ovular profiles you see on necklaces and brooches and such), and the more idealistic beauteous gem kind of meaning. I did at one point use the name for a character, but that was quite a few years ago and it was a character I very much liked. I also like that you wouldn’t always have to shorten it.
Chamomile: I love nature hippy names, and I love silent letters. I’m not fond of the length or the tea it’s named after, but I love the fact that it’s a flower and I like Chamomile in other products (just don’t like tea in general). I like that it has more nn potentials like [name]Millie[/name] or [name]Miles[/name] too.
By listening the reasons for each it seems like I’m leaning towards [name]Cameo[/name], but I really really do prefer nature names. Then again, one of my other favourites for girls is Vintage and if [name]Cameo[/name] and Vintage were sisters it would be a little too much…
