[name]How[/name] do you pronounce this name? [name]Do[/name] you pronounce them the same, or differently?
I’m trying to decide if I like ca-[name]MIL[/name]-la or ca-ME-la better.
Also, I’m curious what other people normally pronounce them to be. I think my gut reaction is to say ca-[name]MIL[/name]-la, but I sorta like the idea of being able to nn her [name]Mila[/name] (MEE-la).
BTW – not pregnant, just obsessed 
I agree 100% - I would say it with the mill sound but I wish I didn’t so I could use nn [name]Mila[/name] (with the mee sound). I would pronounce [name]Camilla[/name] and [name]Camila[/name] the same, although I would wonder why [name]Camila[/name] only had one L. One option is to use [name]Camille[/name] and nn [name]Mila[/name] because at least [name]Camille[/name] has the mee sound.
[name]Camilla[/name] is Cuh - mill- ah and [name]Camila[/name] is Cah - mee- lah. [name]Camila[/name] is the Spanish version.
I say [name]Camila[/name] Cah-MEE-la and [name]Camilla[/name] Cah-[name]MIL[/name]-yah. I prefer [name]Camila[/name], until I looked the popularity charts. [name]Camila[/name] is now at 79! I’ve never ven met a [name]Camila[/name].
I think I’m prefering [name]Camille[/name] now.
