Can Keturah get away with "Kate" nickname?

I am finding out gender tomorrow and at a loss for a hebrew girls name. I like [name]Keturah[/name] but its definitely not common, does [name]Kate[/name] work for a nn if we want something less formal

Others names :

Names we agree on but not feeling just right Suggestions welcome

I think you could get away with [name]Kate[/name] as a nn for [name]Keturah[/name]. I would be tempted to go with “[name]Kit[/name]” for [name]Keturah[/name] myself.

[name]Kate[/name] could work, and I think [name]Kit[/name] or [name]Kitty[/name] would be even better.

I also think [name]Kit[/name] is really cute for [name]Keturah[/name]. There aren’t too many Kits out there, and she’d stand out in a really sweet way.

[name]Kit[/name] would be my choice for that one, but kate would also work.

[name]Kate[/name] works. [name]Keturah[/name], though, is BEAUTIFUL!

I love [name]Keturah[/name]! [name]Kate[/name] or [name]Kit[/name] would work quite well.

Here’s some other Hebrew suggestions:

[name]Ayelet[/name], [name]Livana[/name], [name]Adalia[/name], [name]Elia[/name], [name]Josephine[/name], [name]Ayla[/name], [name]Leora[/name], [name]Selah[/name], [name]Ruth[/name], [name]Naomi[/name], [name]Kelilah[/name], [name]Liya[/name], [name]Selima[/name], [name]Noa[/name], [name]Ofira[/name], [name]Keziah[/name], [name]Seraphina[/name], [name]Penina[/name], [name]Raphaela[/name], [name]Sarai[/name], [name]Mayim[/name], [name]Eila[/name]

The only [name]Keturah[/name] I’ve ever known went by [name]Kit[/name], which I think works a lot better than [name]Kate[/name].

Agree with this all the way.

[name]Kit[/name] works well. [name]Kay[/name] would be fine for any K-starting name. [name]Kate[/name] seems a big stretch to me.

Other suggestions:
[name]Ketzia[/name]/[name]Kezia[/name]/[name]Keziah[/name] - I prefer keh-tzee-ah or at least Kez-ee-ah to the less-Hebrew kez-EYE-ah version. A huge favourite of mine.

I know a [name]Keturah[/name]. She goes by Turah, but I do think [name]Kate[/name] would work if that is what you want! I do like [name]Kit[/name], though.

For [name]Keturah[/name] I think Kita (It’s the main characters name in the “Once Bitten” series by Kalayna [name]Price[/name]) would be a great nn -> I like [name]Kit[/name] or [name]Kitty[/name] as well.
[name]Kate[/name] feels a bit like you played word-jumble with the letters.
