Can they be sisters?

Can you picture an [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] and [name_f]Emilia[/name_f] sibset? Does [name_f]Emilia[/name_f] sound too “international” next to the English [name_f]Audrey[/name_f]? Is it strange that [name_f]Emilia[/name_f] has endless nickname possibilities while [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] has none?

[name_f]Audrey[/name_f] and [name_f]Emilia[/name_f] are both classic names with a lot of history without being the standard [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f], [name_f]Mary[/name_f], [name_f]Anne[/name_f], etc. that people think of when they think of classic names. They’re feminine and sweet without being froufrou. [name_f]Emilia[/name_f]'s similarity to [name_f]Emily[/name_f] makes it feel more English to me. [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] could be nicknamed [name_f]Addie[/name_f] or [name_f]Dee[/name_f]- [name_f]Emmy[/name_f] and [name_f]Addie[/name_f] would be really cute as sisters! I would love to meet sisters named [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] and [name_f]Emilia[/name_f]

I think [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] and [name_f]Emilia[/name_f] is a great sibset! A nickname for [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] could be [name_f]Ree[/name_f] spelled any way you like it ([name_u]Rey[/name_u], Rhee, Rhi, etc.)

I really like them together!

I think [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] & [name_f]Emilia[/name_f] sound great together - not strange or mismatched at all.

I see no reason at all why [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] and [name_f]Emilia[/name_f] couldn’t be sisters.

[name_f]Audrey[/name_f] is one of my favourite names and I actually prefer [name_f]Emilia[/name_f] to [name_f]Amelia[/name_f]. I think it’s a great sibset.

I think they go really well together. I can see the line you’re thinking down, but I dont think its an issue

I see what you mean, but I think they would go together just fine. Both names share a classy feeling, and (for me) both names seem strong and feminine at the same time.

If you’re a nickname person, [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] gives you options such as [name_f]Addie[/name_f], Aidy (pronounced A-D) [name_f]Ree[/name_f] and [name_f]DeeDee[/name_f].
On the other hand I quite like both names as they are, and the [name_f]Emilia[/name_f] I know goes by [name_f]Emilia[/name_f] rather than a nn.

[name_f]Audrey[/name_f] and [name_f]Emilia[/name_f] used to be on my short list for potential sisters. I also paired [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] [name_f]Emilia[/name_f] together as a name. I love the names together!
