Can Wes stand-alone?

I agree with all of this!

I think [name_m]Wes[/name_m] is fine on its own. As a sibling for [name_m]Grant[/name_m] and [name_u]Reid[/name_u] I don’t think anyone who knows your family would question it at all.

Definitely! No one blinks an eye at [name_u]Sam[/name_u] so why not [name_m]Wes[/name_m]

Absolutely it can! You may well get asked if it’s a nn occasionally but most people will just accept it. [name_m]Grant[/name_m] is my partner’s name and his two brothers have short sweet names too :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

I think it definitely works! It goes so well with [name_m]Grant[/name_m] and [name_u]Reid[/name_u]!

I’ll also suggest [name_u]Tate[/name_u]!

It definitely works for me! I even know a little boy called [name_m]Wes[/name_m]!

Definitely works by itself!

Wes can stand on its own. I’m firmly in the camp that not everybody needs a nickname from a longer name.
