Hey berries, if anyone has some time to help us test Namehunter on iPhone, we would really appreciate it. Our US team is having trouble with the app on iPhone only while UK team report everything fine. If you could try it out and let us know what kind of iPhone you’re using, what kind of browser, where you are, and what kind of issues you encounter if any, we would be very grateful! I’m having troubles loading ‘My [name_m]Favorite[/name_m] Names’. I always make sure I’m logged in, but it continues loading without actually retrieving any names. This has happened so many times that I’ve kind of given up on it (but still use the app, I’ve found loads of names through it).
[name_f]Pam[/name_f], I was wondering if you’d have some time to check out the ‘[Nameberry] site crashing’ thread below this one? Lots of users have experienced problems for a long time, myself included. Sorry to hijack the thread, but I just wanted to ask since I know for sure you’ll come back to this thread x
OK, Daphodil, I’ll have a look at the crashing thread. Meanwhile, some people are confused about what “Favorites” means – it’s those names you’ve marked with a heart. [name_f]Do[/name_f] you mean that when you ask it to use your [name_m]Favorite[/name_m] Names for inspiration, it doesn’t actually retrieve those names you’ve hearted?
Yes, that’s what I meant. When I click the ‘Find Favorites’ button it starts loading, but never stops. Apart from that, everything works perfectly.

Great news! I think we found the problem here. If you are browsing in Safari in private mode, Namehunter won’t work. The quick fix is to uncheck Private when you’re on your page in the browser (it will say private in white on the lower left) but we are working on a longer term fix so this won’t be an issue.
Speaking of iPhone browsing, I’ve been having trouble lately in the forums with some ad that completely throws me out and into App Store (and I’m not touching the ad) and I have to start again to get where I was. Mostly I just give up.
