Can you think of names like...

[name_m]Teague[/name_m], [name_m]Ewan[/name_m] and [name_m]Nolan[/name_m]?

A lot of my favorite boys names are in the top 100 and my husband does NOT want a common name as he grew up with one. I really like [name_m]Teague[/name_m] and [name_m]Ewan[/name_m] but am looking to add some more names to my list for when we start trying to conceive in a few years. His favorite names are [name_u]Owen[/name_u] and [name_m]Nolan[/name_m] but like I said, they are too popular for our liking.

So please tell me what names you think fit our style but are not super common? Thank you, thank you!

Well, they all seem pretty Celtic. Irish, Scottish, Welsh, so you could look for other names in that area. They are also quite short and simple, so I’m guessing nothing too extravagant? Maybe:

Lewin (not Celtic, but has a similar vibe, not common and ends in n, which you also seem to like)

[name_f]Hope[/name_f] you like some of those :slight_smile:

[name_m]How[/name_m] about [name_m]Cian[/name_m] / [name_m]Kian[/name_m]?

Wow thanks ladies, great lists!

[name_m]Conor[/name_m] (but it’s an ex’s name)
[name_m]Ronan[/name_m] (but his cousin has a daughter named [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] so might be too similar)

@tfzolghadr- I really like
[name_m]Rainier[/name_m] (but i feel like pronunciation might be a problem…)
[name_m]Forrest[/name_m] (i forgot my hubby loves this name!)
[name_m]Archer[/name_m] (but I feel like it’s trendy? :/)

@brooksher17- I really like [name_m]Cedric[/name_m] (but I can’t see hubby going for it!), [name_u]Rhys[/name_u], [name_m]Caspian[/name_m] (for a middle) and [name_m]Evander[/name_m]
