Would you use nicknames? That would be the deciding factor for me. [name_f]Nola[/name_f] and [name_f]Maggie[/name_f] are cute, but I really love [name_f]Mari[/name_f]!
I adore [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f]. It has special meaning for my family. I am personally not too fond of [name_f]Mariposa[/name_f]. Although I adore [name_f]Posey[/name_f]/[name_f]Posy[/name_f], and [name_f]Posey[/name_f]/[name_f]Posy[/name_f] would make a great nickname for [name_f]Mariposa[/name_f].
[name_f]Magnolia[/name_f] is lovely!
I prefer [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f]. [name_f]Mariposa[/name_f] is fine, but it’s very much a word to me, and there’s something about the p in the middle that’s unappealing to my ears.
My vote goes to [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f].
[name_f]Magnolia[/name_f] is much better. [name_f]Mariposa[/name_f] is sweet, but I think it’s better as a middle name than a first.
[name_f]Magnolia[/name_f] gets my vote!
magnolia is better in my opinion
I like [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f]. I think [name_f]Mariposa[/name_f] has an offensive meaning in some spanish-speaking countries, similar to “fairy” in the US.
