I’ve been having an issue with editing posts lately. Whenever I try to click the edit post button, it starts working, but then it just sits with the cursor loading. I can never manage to get it to load the editing screen.
I thought it might be a problem with my laptop, so I moved to my desktop, but still no success. Has anyone else had this problem?
I have similar problems, the typing field only shows up in Crome (I usually use Firefox) but even in Chrome I can’t edit the font or add a link, the whole editing bar doesn’t show up.
Also, the posts now need to be approved my moderators (another user had a similar problem a while back) and those that don’t show me “wait until your post is approved” simply don’t get posted. It’s all a bit odd!
And no, I can’t edit my posts either, the “loading” circle appears but in never changes to me being able to edit my post (like when I want to fix Crome, which was supposed to be Chrome).
Same here! Now the editing options have stopped coming up all together, and I can only type. I use Chrome. I’ve tried using Microsoft Edge, but it doesn’t like my computer at all, so I can’t even log in on it.
I have been having this problem, too. I simply open the editing option in a new tab and it works fine. Though it would be easier if I didn’t have to do that everytime I need to edit. It never used to be this way…
I am unable to edit my posts. I am also having issues with the page jumping to the bottom. If I refresh when it starts happening it will allow me to read a post or two and then will jump to the bottom of the page again. I have typed out a reply to only have it jump to the bottom of the page and I cannot get back to the reply box.
I can’t edit my posts either, and when I respond to a thread there’s only a text box and the “show your signature” checkmark, without the editing bar. The editing bar is still missing when I click “Go Advanced.”

Yep, happened for me too. I’ve alerted [name_m]Hugh[/name_m], our engineer. @emmamay, what do you mean by opening a new tab and then it doesn’t happen?
Thank you, [name_f]Pam[/name_f]. Technology; can’t live with it, can’t live without it. 
I do all my nameberry surfing on my phone or iPad mini. So when I tap the “[name_f]Edit[/name_f] Post”, usually that will open the editing options. Since that hasn’t been working, I just tap and hold on the “[name_f]Edit[/name_f] Post” until the white box of options appears and select “Open In [name_m]New[/name_m] [name_u]Tab[/name_u]”. Anyone familiar with [name_f]Apple[/name_f]'s Safari should know what I mean. I am not sure how this works on any other browser, but it works for me on Safari.

[name_m]Don[/name_m]'t have the option for bold, italics etc, in the advanced reply box.
Getting a bit annoying to have to keep entering the coding my hand.
I am having this problem in chrome. It wants to work kind of but it comes up with a blank space instead of the writing box and I can not edit fonts/etc in the normal writing box.
