We are first-timers and we are not finding out what gender we are having.
We have settled on a girl’s name, [name_f]Nova[/name_f] [name_u]Sage[/name_u] but cannot find any boy name that we absolutely love. We toyed with [name_m]Vito[/name_m] [name_m]Laurent[/name_m], as we like the Latin theme and the short two syllable first name as well as the repetition of the V with [name_f]Nova[/name_f] (should the first born boy ever be blessed with a sister). We love that it’s an old name that sounds new, and that its short and strong.
Our last name is a 2 syllable very English title name starting with B.
So looking for boy combo, preferably with a short strong first name, we also like nature themed middle names, although there aren’t as many boy options as girl. Another thing to mention is we don’t love the idea of nicknames and think this can be achieved through a shorter given name. Please help us.*
