can't open the blog?

Hello,
I’ve been having trouble opening the blogs for the last couple of days. I had no trouble opening the first blog on the new Nameberry, but now it just shows me a blank page when i click the blogs. I’ve only got a phone and a tablet at the mo so that could be part of the problem.

Has anyone else had this? Am i doing something wrong?

I’m having the same issue. It only opens on a computer. No tablet no phone.

I’m also having a problem changing pages in forums. I can only see the first page and when I try to page ahead it kicks me off of the site. I’m using my phone. Anyone else with this issue?

I can’t open the blogs either, and I mainly use my phone…

[name]Ah[/name], that’s interesting. Annoyingly, our laptop blow up a while ago and i never bothered replacing it. However, i’ve just tried on an ipod and it worked! Its just the androids that won’t cooperate!

Same here, with ipad. I did find a solution to both problems though. For turning a page, hold down the “next” arrow until a window pops up. Then click “open” and the next page will come up. To view the blog, as soon as you see the page loading (and you see graphics, pics, etc,) push the “x” next to the URL to make it stop loading. If you let it load too much, it will go blank on you. Push refresh and try again. You may be missing a picture or two, but at least you can read the blog that way. Kind of a hassle, but it works.

I’ve had the same problem opening the blogs on my iPhone and also getting to the next page on the forums.

Thanks tintri. It is a bit of a hassle on the iPad, but I mainly use that, so going to have to make do. It’s my morning routine… breakfast, coffee, and the NB blog. I miss it!

I don’t have a tablet or a phone that can access the internet (I really am stuck in the Middle Ages) but I can’t open the blogs on my laptop :frowning:

I also can’t open the blogs on my laptop. I haven’t tried on my smart phone (data ruins me at work…)

For me, sometimes it will load, sometimes I get this:

And sometimes I get a “Bad Request” error.

I also am having a problem when I try to login, it tells me my password is incorrect (it isn’t). Then if I navigate to a new forum page and try to reply to a post, I am logged in - even though I got the error.

I’m having this problem too. [name]Both[/name] on a PC and ipad. I’ve tried multiple servers and computers at different locations and nothing works.

I don’t even get an error message. Any time I try to open the blog it shuts down my browser.

I’m still having trouble with the blocks. I can only read them if I press the ‘x’ at the right moment (and sometimes it still doesn’t work). I’m on a laptop.
