I’ve always, always loved [name_f]Cara[/name_f] (spelled like that).
Also, I think in this case, there are a lot of Ca/Ka sounds with [name_f]Cara[/name_f] [name_f]Kathleen[/name_f].
Hmm I think bith work. Depends whether you like the visual alliteration of [name_f]Kara[/name_f] [name_f]Kathleen[/name_f] or if you prefer the contrast of [name_f]Cara[/name_f] [name_f]Kathleen[/name_f]. Writing it out I prefer the latter. If you do choose [name_f]Kara[/name_f], I just hope your last initial isn’t K!
I think [name_f]Kara[/name_f] [name_f]Kathleen[/name_f] is a little too much K, but the balance of double K sound but different initials in [name_f]Cara[/name_f] [name_f]Kathleen[/name_f] strikes the right balance. [name_f]Cara[/name_f] is also the Latin word for beloved, a beautiful thing to have for a name.
I prefer [name_f]Cara[/name_f] because it means “loved” or “beloved” in Italian. I would think that [name_f]Kara[/name_f] is a respelling of [name_f]Cara[/name_f].
I think [name_f]Cara[/name_f] [name_f]Kathleen[/name_f] looks better than [name_f]Kara[/name_f] [name_f]Kathleen[/name_f]…that’s the only way I can decide which, though - I love them equally as well!
I love [name_f]Cara[/name_f] [name_f]Nicole[/name_f]! I love the name [name_f]Cara[/name_f], partially because of [name_f]Cara[/name_f] Delevingne, but I prefer the care-uh pronunciation. I assume you are using car-uh?
[name_m]Le[/name_m] swoon–I love [name_f]Cara[/name_f]! I say them both the same, but I like the softer “C”, so [name_f]Cara[/name_f] gets my vote, but I adore her. She’s so sweet, and I love most of her meanings (my favorite is “friend”–it shares a meaning with my grandmother’s name, which I find to be super sweet). I think I might go with [name_f]Kara[/name_f] [name_f]Kathleen[/name_f], though, just because CK/KC initials have always looked sort of odd to me. (Unless you have a “K” surname. I definitely would avoid the initials KKK at all costs!) [name_f]Cara[/name_f]'s gorgeous, though!
