[name_m]Hi[/name_m] everyone.
[name_f][/name_f]I’m curious as to how you would pronounce [name_f]Cara[/name_f]. Where I’m from we say “Cyah-ruh”.
Cah-ruh, with a soft “a” sound, would be my first instinct, but CARE-uh wouldn’t surprise me.
KAH-rah!
KAHR-uh (kahr to rhyme with car or bar)
Care-uh or Car-uh (
)
car-uh ![]()
CAIR-uh
CARE-uh or CAR-uh would be my first instinct (I’m in the southeast US)
[name_f][/name_f] + uh
I love [name_f]Cara[/name_f]! [name_f][/name_f] I’m most familiar with CARE-ah but wouldn’t be surprised at CAR-ah either. [name_f][/name_f] Your pronunciation reminds me of [name_f]Chiara[/name_f], which I think is also beautiful!
[name_f]Kiara[/name_f] is how we would spell “Cyah-ruh”
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Cara[/name_f] is pronounced “Kar-ruh” where I’m from
In Ireland it’s CAR-uh. Maybe CYAR-uh in some regional accents where car is pronounced as cyar.
