Carrie, Max and?

A friend of mine is having her third child soon, a little girl, and is stuck on what to name her! She and her husband who normally agree on everything cannot find a name they both love!

She has a 4 year old daughter named Carolin3 Haz3l “[name_f]Carrie[/name_f]” and a 2 year old son named Maxw3ll [name_m]Nash[/name_m] “[name_u]Max[/name_u]”.

Here is their list so far:

Audr3y [name_u]Collins[/name_u] (her favourite)
[name_f]Annabel[/name_f] [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] (his favourite)
F3licity [name_u]Collins[/name_u]
No3mi [name_f]Elise[/name_f]

Thoughts? Any suggestions? They aren’t using honour names but they just want a name that fits with her siblings!

Thanks!

Can you give a little more details on why those 2 names are their favorites?

My favorite from their list to go with [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] and [name_u]Maxwell[/name_u] is [name_f]Felicity[/name_f] [name_u]Collins[/name_u], maybe nickname Lissi? I think those names would flow very well, and it would be nice for her to have a nickname like her siblings. If matching names doesn’t matter to them, then my favorite combo is [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] [name_u]Collins[/name_u].

Audr3y or [name_f]Ann[/name_f]@, but I don’t like Annab3l as it’s too frilly. Same goes for a Felic1ty. As for No3mi, I’m not sure how to pronounce it, so I wouldn’t choose it personally.

Ranking:

[name_f]Ann@[/name_f] - international, short, simple, & happy
[name_f]Audr3y[/name_f]
[name_f]Felic1ty[/name_f]
[name_f]Noem1[/name_f]

Ann@ F3licity sounds nice :revolving_hearts:

I think Annabel Ivy fits the pattern of long classic names with fun nicknames and short, spunky middles. I really like the idea of doing Annie, Anna or even Belle as a sister for Carrie and Max.

I’m not a big fan of Audrey Collins, but I quite dislike the name Audrey. I also don’t love that there’s no nickname potential with such a nickname-oriented sibset, and Collins feels a bit too unique compared to Hazel and Nash. It doesn’t blend as well with Audrey or Felicity as Ivy does with Annabel. I also agree with a PP that Felicity is a bit too girly, though this is my favorite individual name on this list. Naomi is really cute and has an interesting sound but is also a totally different vibe than Caroline/Carrie and Maxwell/Max.

So my vote is definitely for Annabel Ivy! Best of luck to your friend

Ann@bel [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] is wondeful! [name_f]Felicity[/name_f] [name_u]Collins[/name_u] is great too

I’ll suggest

Lillian [name_f]Clara[/name_f] ‘[name_f]Lily[/name_f]’
[name_f]Penelope[/name_f] [name_f]Brynn[/name_f] ‘[name_u]Penny[/name_u]/Nell/Poppy’
[name_f]Harriet[/name_f] [name_u]Piper[/name_u] ‘[name_f]Hattie[/name_f]’
[name_f]Violet[/name_f] [name_f]Sophie[/name_f]
[name_f]Imogen[/name_f] [name_f]Adele[/name_f]
[name_f]Annabeth[/name_f] [name_u]Collins[/name_u] ‘[name_f]Annie[/name_f]/Beth’
[name_f]Abigail[/name_f] [name_f]Ivy[/name_f]

I think [name_f]Annabel[/name_f] is a lovely fit, especially if they’re using a nn - [name_f]Carrie[/name_f], [name_u]Max[/name_u] and [name_f]Annie[/name_f]/ [name_f]Carrie[/name_f], [name_u]Max[/name_u] and [name_f]Belle[/name_f] both are lovely sibsets and the full names work great together too

I think that [name_f]Carrie[/name_f], [name_u]Max[/name_u] and [name_f]Annabel[/name_f] [name_f]Ivy[/name_f], especially nicknamed [name_f]Anna[/name_f]/ [name_f]Annie[/name_f]/ [name_f]Belle[/name_f] is awesome

I love [name_f]Felicity[/name_f] [name_u]Collins[/name_u] or [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] [name_u]Collins[/name_u]

Ann@bel [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] and [name_m]Felic[/name_m]!ty Co!lins are absolutely stunning  I think they’re perfect for their third baby.

Audrey, [name_f]Annabel[/name_f] and [name_f]Felicity[/name_f] all fit well with the siblings. I love all 3 of these (not a fan of [name_f]Naomi[/name_f].) It’s really hard to pick a favourite of these - it may depend on which nickname is being use, since the siblings use nicknames.
