Cast of Eight main Characters with no names

I am currently writing a story about a family who move to South [name]Africa[/name] to help persue their terminally ill Granddad’s dream or running a game reserve, so a bit like [name]Wild[/name] at Heart but not obviously. The family move out there and set things up but then they need a vet to look after the animals, so then there comes the second family. Here is a bit about them:

Family 1.

Auntie: age 29, took in her sisters children after her sister was admitted to a mental asylum. Dark Blonde hair and [name]Blue[/name] eyes, quite slim and of about 5,5 in height. She is very logical, has a higher degree in management and is very work absorbed. She is very much a girly girl and is very fashionable.

Granddad: Age 70, moved to South [name]Africa[/name] just after he turned 40 to try and achieve his dream of managing a game reserve but was diagnosed with a brain tumour at 67 and was told he would only have approx 10 years to live. [name]Grey[/name] hair and blue eyes, beer belly and about 5,8 in height. He is very intelligent but is a kid at heart, he loves animals and used to be a dog breeder. He is very outgoing and loves the outdoors.

Twin 1 female: Age 16, was taken in by her aunt at the age of 10 and has lived with her ever since. Chocolate brown hair and blue eyes, slim and about 5,3 in height. She is quite rebellious but does have a sensitive side, she is very practical and level headed although she can be very impatient. She is a proper tomboy and hates the colour pink.

Twin 2 male: Age 16, was taken in by his aunt at the age of 10 and has lived with her ever since. Chocolate brown hair and blue eyes, Slim but very musclely with 6 pack and about 5,8 in height. He is very funny and loves to tell jokes, he loves to write and says he would like to be a travel writer but really he wants to be a pro footballer.

Family 2.

Mum: Age 43, she is quite rich and loves luxury items and 5 star hotels. She comes across as a snob but is very friendly and certainly not judgemental. Dark [name]Brown[/name] hair, grey eyes, very slim and about 5,8 in height. She is extremely picky , she loves animals and is a vet. She loves caring for both people and animals, she can ride a quad bike, motorbike and loves getting muddy.

Dad: Age 40, he lives in Birmingham with his wife and two sons. [name]Black[/name] hair and green eyes, reasonably sized and is about 5,9 in height. He is very layed back and loves the outdoors. He has an obsession with big cats and is also a vet.

[name]Son[/name] 1: Age 12, he is very cute and his voice has just began to break. [name]Brown[/name] hair and green eyes, quite small and is about 5,1 in height. He loves transformers and batman, loves drawing and can draw very well.

son 2: age 7, he is young for his age and doesn’t follow rules very well. [name]Brown[/name] hair and grey eyes and about 4,4 in height. He is always getting into trouble, can’t follow rules and is always trying to run away, he is very adventurous.

I think it would be more helpful to know the characters ethnic background, beliefs and economic status because these are factors that (realistically speaking) influence the names people have & give their kids. Were their parents poor? Well-educated? Catholic? Of Irish ancestry? Would it be realistic for a 40-year old British man to be named [name]Caleb[/name] or [name]Cuthbert[/name]? That kind of questions :slight_smile:
