Oh I misread that. Well I went to school with a [name]Cathleen[/name] and I have a cousin [name]Kathleen[/name] soooooo they are both kind of normal to me although I prefer [name]Kathleen[/name].
Since Irish [name]Caitlin[/name] is prn [name]Cathleen[/name], it’s a perfectly legitimate spelling. My niece is [name]Susannah[/name] [name]Kathleen[/name] and my daughter is [name]Caitlin[/name] [name]Louisa[/name].
[name]Cathleen[/name] is the most common spelling of [name]Kathleen[/name] in [name]Ireland[/name]. I think its beautiful, and totally legit.
