I adore the name [name]Cecelia[/name]/[name]Cecilia[/name], but I’m not sure which spelling I prefer… If you heard the name, how would you think it was spelled? I want the most common spelling so people know what to write 
I actually asked a similar question recently, just including [name]Celia[/name]. The most common spelling is [name]Cecilia[/name] and that’s the spelling I was told to stick with. It’s the original form of the name.
Great name! I would go with [name]Cecilia[/name]. I don’t care for the other spelling at all.

Definitely [name]Cecilia[/name]! That’s how you spell it, originally, [name]Cecelia[/name] just seems like someone wanted a unique version of [name]Cecilia[/name] and changed a letter. Kind of like [name]Elizabeth[/name] and Elizibeth.
