In general I prefer [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f] but with your sibset I like [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] better 
This is a tough one, both names are great! I am going to go ahead and vote for [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] [name_f]Marie[/name_f].
[name_u]Ruby[/name_u] [name_f]Kate[/name_f]! [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f] [name_f]Marie[/name_f] is nice too, but I love the spunkiness of [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] [name_f]Kate[/name_f] and I think it fits better with [name_f]Emmaline[/name_f] and [name_m]Cash[/name_m].

Usually I’d say [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] by a mile, but I don’t love [name_f]Marie[/name_f] in the middle and [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] is definitely a better fit with your children’s names. Plus [name_f]Kate[/name_f] is wonderful with it.
[name_m]Both[/name_m] are great picks! I’m thinking [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] with your sibset though! Congrats!
I think [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f] works best with your other children’s names - [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f] and [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] have a similar classic feminine feel to me, whilst [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] is slightly more modern and spunky. [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] is also a lovely name - but it is very popular, at least in Australia it was in the number 2 spot nationwide for 2013 (number 1 in some states). But if that doesn’t bother you, go for it! They are both beautiful names, you can’t go wrong!

[name_m]Both[/name_m] are great names, but I think I prefer [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] [name_f]Kate[/name_f] on this occasion. That’s actually one of my favorite combos!
