The only [name]Cecilia[/name] I know has very dark brown hair and brown eyes, but I see it as very befitting of a little girl with big blue eyes and wispy light brown hair in curls. [name]Lovely[/name] choice!
Oh, and I definitely think CC works as a nickname (bonus points if her name is something like [name]Cecilia[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name]!). You could even spell it Cece if you spell the name [name]Cecelia[/name]! In fact, I might like that spelling better as it reminds me less of cilia…
