If you have noticed my recent posts, I have been wondering about should I keep [name_f]Cecily[/name_f] or replace it with [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f]. [name_f]Cecily[/name_f] would be [name_f]Cecily[/name_f] [name_f]Amethyst[/name_f] and [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] would be [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] [name_f]Destiny[/name_f]…
I personally loved [name_f]Cecily[/name_f] for years, and only liked [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f], but now I think [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] would be more easier to wear than [name_f]Cecily[/name_f]. I liked how [name_f]Cecily[/name_f] is [name_u]Royal[/name_u] English Name, but [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] have more romantic feel, which appeals to me more…
When it comes to [name_f]Amethyst[/name_f] vs [name_f]Destiny[/name_f], I love [name_f]Amethyst[/name_f] more. It simply reminds me of Ancient [name_u]Egypt[/name_u], it’s my favorite stone & color, and love sound and Greek word origin (I’m fan of both Old Greek and Ancient [name_u]Egypt[/name_u], and studied Old Greek in High School).
If I were to ditch [name_f]Cecily[/name_f], I would pick another first for [name_f]Amethyst[/name_f]:
[name_f]Delphine[/name_f] [name_f]Amethyst[/name_f]
[name_f]Giselle[/name_f] [name_f]Amethyst[/name_f]
[name_f]Megan[/name_f] [name_f]Amethyst[/name_f]
[name_f]Louise[/name_f] [name_f]Amethyst[/name_f]
[name_f]Wendy[/name_f] [name_f]Amethyst[/name_f]
Which would you pick [name_f]Cecily[/name_f] [name_f]Amethyst[/name_f] or [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] [name_f]Destiny[/name_f]?
[name_f]Cecily[/name_f] [name_f]Amethyst[/name_f] for sure! It’s a stunning combo. I personally don’t think [name_f]Cecily[/name_f] is any harder to wear than [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f], but then I do live in the UK.
I like [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] more than [name_f]Cecily[/name_f], but dislike [name_f]Destiny[/name_f], so I’d pick [name_f]Cecily[/name_f] [name_f]Amethyst[/name_f].
[name_f]Cecily[/name_f] [name_f]Amethyst[/name_f] is very pretty & uncommon. It makes me think of a beautiful 1930’s dancer with waved hair and a sparkling sequin dress. (!) I also love the name [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f], but [name_f]Destiny[/name_f] seems a bit dated to me personally.
With your love of ancient culture & vintage or romantic names I thought perhaps:
[name_f]Cecily[/name_f] [name_f]Amethyst[/name_f] or [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f] [name_f]Amethyst[/name_f]. I agree that [name_f]Destiny[/name_f] is a little dated.
[name_f]Cecily[/name_f] [name_f]Amethyst[/name_f] is the nicer combo but I prefer [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f]. Why can’t use use [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] [name_f]Amethyst[/name_f]?
I have a strong love for both of these names but when it comes to your combos I’d definitely choose [name_f]Cecily[/name_f] [name_f]Amethyst[/name_f]. Sounds beautiful~
I really like both [name_f]Cecily[/name_f] & [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f], but I prefer [name_f]Amethyst[/name_f] to [name_f]Destiny[/name_f], so [name_f]Cecily[/name_f] would be my choice.
Another vote for [name_f]Cecily[/name_f] [name_f]Amethyst[/name_f]! While I like [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] too, [name_f]Destiny[/name_f] is not my favorite in terms of a mn. Some other potential [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] combos:
