I would say Béatrice because I love it and would use this in a heartbeat but the others are sweet and pretty as well so it’s a toss up!
Have you considered making any combos from them? Maybe Béatrice [name]Appoline[/name]?
I do love [name]Beatrice[/name] as well but don’t know if people will roll their eyes when we pronounce it the French way ( bay a treece). But then again there are multiple pronunciations of [name]Beatrice[/name] in English, so it may be a name that has flexibility. We would spell it with an accent over the e, just can’t figure out how to do that on my iPad !
[name]Beatrice[/name] [name]Appoline[/name] is pretty but with our last names would be BADR 
[name]Beatrice[/name] is my favourite, it’s very beautiful. I love [name]Dante[/name]'s The [name]Divine[/name] Comedy (and his other poems dedicated to [name]Beatrice[/name] Portinari) and Rossetti’s [name]Beata[/name] [name]Beatrix[/name] painting. If you’re going to pronounce it in French, you should spell it Béatrice.
[name]Appoline[/name] is lovely as well (I prefer [name]Apolline[/name], but that’s my taste). [name]Celine[/name] is a tiny bit bland in my opinion.
I am in the same boat as you when it comes to have a French/American bilingual household and I worry about prn as well. I have accepted that people here will probably prn a name the English way and that’s fine.
Not sure about the iPad but on my iPhone if I hold down the letter long enough some accent choices come up so you might try it. Can’t wait to see any combos you come up with!
I am fine with people pronouncing it the English way but think it may be confusing if we pronounce the French way at home and people say it the English way at school, etc. [name]How[/name] have you decided to handle that?
That being said, we would probably call her Béa, which everyone can say.

We haven’t really talked about it but my theory is that is depends on the name. My first language is English so if we used Béatrice there’s a good possibility I might say it in English and my Husband would say it in French which would help a baby get used to it. On the other hand if you take a name that imo only sounds good in French like my top name Athénaïs then we would both say it in French and allow Engkish speakers to use a nn like [name]Athena[/name].
Those are the only real solutions I have to this problem and for what it’s worth I think children probably adapt better than we think and would easily get used to prn issues.
I think [name]Celine[/name] is so pretty! I love the “ine” ending names!

[name]Beatrice[/name] gets my vote - she’s absolutely lovely in both languages and has a cool history (Dante’s love/muse!)! [name]Appoline[/name] would be my second choice.

Def [name]Apolline[/name] spelt the French way though with 1p and 2l…was my hubby’s choice for our first daughter and we get a lot of positive comments.
