I was trying to honor my grandma with an [name_f]Ame[/name_f]/[name_f]Ama[/name_f] nsme but I got frustrated. I couldn’t seem to find anything I loved besides Amelise [name_f]Madeleine[/name_f]. But I got a lot of negative feedback about it.
My husband and I had the realization that the name [name_f]Harlow[/name_f] goes so well with our last name. It seems like a waste not to use it.
So what do you think of [name_f]Harlow[/name_f] [name_f]Ameline[/name_f] (pronounced [name_f]Ama[/name_f]-lene)?
I think we might be going with this even though it was not on my list at all! [name_f]Harlow[/name_f] is getting trendy but like I said, it sounds amazing with our last name so I guess we should take that into consideration!
[name_f]Harlow[/name_f] [name_f]Ameline[/name_f] is lovely!
I’m glad your going with a name that you are in love with and are excited about… Amelise [name_f]Madeleine[/name_f] is lovely as well, but you seem hesitant on it.
[name_f]Ameline[/name_f] is a perfect way to honor your grandma, and I find it slightly easier to pronounce/spell than Amelise.
I still love Amelise [name_f]Madeleine[/name_f]! But it’s not a real name and no one else in my life seemed to love it as much as I did!
[name_f]Harlow[/name_f] is truly growing on me. Is it too trendy? I obviously have a love of unique names but tryi g to compromise.
I don’t think [name_f]Harlow[/name_f] is too popular… that being said it has gone up in popularity, but not too much to be worried about.
Your kids name truly comes down to what you love the most, aside from what others think or say about it.
If you still love Amelise, and know for a fact that if you don’t choose it, and regret it, then I would definitely go for Amelise over [name_f]Harlow[/name_f].
Another suggestion, you could put the name [name_f]Ama[/name_f] and [name_f]Harlow[/name_f] together, [name_f]Amargo/name_f.
I really adore this! [name_f]Harlow[/name_f] is such a beautiful name: Modern but still unique, and feminine but strong. [name_f]Harlow[/name_f] Amelise is such a wonderful combo as well!
