I am expecting my 3rd boy in a few weeks. I thought I had my mind made up to name him [name]Beckham[/name] [name]Anders[/name]. Now all of a sudden I am rethinking [name]Callum[/name]. Husband is no help, b/c he says he likes both names. I don’t have a middle name for [name]Callum[/name] though, b/c I think when you say [name]Callum[/name] [name]Anders[/name] quickly I think of “Salamanders.” Anyone else getting this or am I just crazy? Need some suggestions on middle names for [name]Callum[/name] or if [name]Beckham[/name] [name]Anders[/name] is the way to go!!! Thank you! Siblings are [name]Gavin[/name] [name]James[/name] and [name]Asher[/name] [name]Hayes[/name].
Oh I totally prefer [name]Callum[/name]! Goes way better with the brothers (perfect!) and [name]Beckham[/name] is just too [name]David[/name] [name]Beckham[/name] for me. Also too trendy for the sibset. I don’t even mind [name]Callum[/name] [name]Anders[/name], but maybe there are better options.

I don’t personally hear Salamanders at all. Would never have come to that on my own, and actually can’t really even hear it after you mentioning it. I think it’s a lovely name, and not an issue in the least. Especially if you don’t plan on calling him by both names regularly. When you use a fn and mn together all the time, that’s when you tend to run them together more to make it a little shorter. If you’re mostly going to only be saying his mn when you say his Whole name, first, middle and last, you tend to put an extra beat in there that separates them. And, even if you were planning on running the two names together, I still don’t think it’s an issue.
I’m so glad you like the name [name]Callum[/name]! We just found out that we’re going to have a boy. We both thought it was a girl and we had all these girl names we liked but no boy names. I’ve been having trouble finding names I like and this was on my short list. I love it!

I like [name]Callum[/name] [name]Anders[/name] much better than [name]Beckham[/name]. I don’t really see Salamander. I think people over think middle names. You don’t grow up and use your full name, he’ll just be [name]Callum[/name] (last name), Which is very nice.

Why are there so many [name]Callum[/name] lovers? Doesn’t it remind you of callow? And being compared to someone who is callow would be a big negative in my book and then there is the word callous that comes to mind immediately after callow again a negative image for a boy or a man. No, [name]Callum[/name] is not my cup of tea.
