Context : My first name is [name_f]Molly[/name_f]. I have always hated it (it’s attached to some personal family issues) but I have never truly felt as if it suited me. The definition of the name is ‘bitter’ which is something I do not like. I have done research on changing my name (fees, etc) and I believe that this is something I want to do. Another reason I am planning on changing my name is because I am a comedian and my first name and surname are very common Irish names- look them up and find thousands of webpages of people with the exact same name. My middle and last names have the same reason as the first- don’t have a great relationship with my family, don’t want to be reminded.
Description : I am Irish / Portugese / [name_m]German[/name_m] / [name_m]French[/name_m], I have very pale skin with brown poodle-like curls. I am slender and of average adult height.
Name List: This list consists of first names I like but do not love. I would like a more unusual name, but not too out there. I’m not even sure where to start with middle and last names, part of the reason I posted here.
[name_u]Scottie[/name_u] ( typically a boy’s name, but I like it a lot)
[name_u]Sage[/name_u]
[name_f]Celeste[/name_f]
[name_u]Harper[/name_u]
[name_f]Stella[/name_f]
I love the name [name_m]Wolfgang[/name_m], but that seems to be used a male name. I’m hoping for some suggestions.
Thank you for the help in advance. If you need more info let me know.
I really love [name_u]Scottie[/name_u], [name_u]Sage[/name_u] and [name_f]Stella[/name_f]. What about using [name_m]Wolfgang[/name_m] as a middle or last name?
Another name that came to mind was [name_u]Sloane[/name_u], or [name_u]Finley[/name_u].
[name_u]Cassidy[/name_u] seems like a curly-haired girl name to me as well.
Other names:
[name_u]Leslie[/name_u]
[name_f]Carly[/name_f]
[name_u]Rowan[/name_u]
[name_f]Maura[/name_f]
What about [name_f]Stella[/name_f] [name_m]Wolfgang[/name_m] [name_m]Scott[/name_m] - so last name [name_m]Scott[/name_m] but nickname [name_u]Scottie[/name_u]? Otherwise, [name_u]Sage[/name_u] xxx [name_m]Scott[/name_m] nn [name_u]Scottie[/name_u]? (Not [name_m]Wolfgang[/name_m] for middle with [name_u]Sage[/name_u], too much!)
For comedy, you could just use [name_u]Scottie[/name_u] - I don’t think you need a last name for gigs/billboards. Or “[name_f]Welcome[/name_f] to the stage, [name_u]Sage[/name_u] “[name_u]Scottie[/name_u]” [name_m]Scott[/name_m]!”
I like the others but I think if you’re using [name_f]Celeste[/name_f], you couldn’t have [name_m]Scott[/name_m] as a last name (it slurs). I would have [name_f]Celeste[/name_f] xxx [name_m]Wolfgang[/name_m] nn Wolfie!
[name_u]Harper[/name_u] is too hip for comedy and more obviously a kid under 12 in terms of style.
I really like [name_u]Scottie[/name_u] [name_m]Wolfgang[/name_m] for a first and last name, it makes me so happy inside. If you were worried about it being too masculine, you could go [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] nn [name_u]Scottie[/name_u], or something similar. [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] [name_m]Wolfgang[/name_m], called “[name_u]Scottie[/name_u]” is so badass and a really cool combo.
Perhaps you could use [name_u]Skye[/name_u]/[name_u]Skylar[/name_u] and nn [name_u]Scottie[/name_u]? Not sure if you see the connection there, but I think [name_u]Skye[/name_u] is nice.
Or [name_u]Avery[/name_u]? [name_u]Avery[/name_u] [name_u]Skye[/name_u]?
