Character Name Conflict

So, in my work in progress I have two characters named [name_u]Salem[/name_u] and [name_u]Callum[/name_u]. Are these too close? There is a trio of characters, [name_m]Farren[/name_m], [name_u]Salem[/name_u] and [name_u]Callum[/name_u]. I’m just worried that the two names sound too similar. ([name_u]Salem[/name_u] is a girl, and [name_u]Callum[/name_u] is a boy, just so you know :slight_smile: ) Another name idea I had for [name_u]Callum[/name_u] is [name_m]Conroy[/name_m]…

I don’t know. What do you guys think?

I think [name_u]Salem[/name_u] and [name_u]Callum[/name_u] may be too close. I really like [name_m]Conroy[/name_m]!

I would say go for [name_m]Conroy[/name_m]. Especially in that trio.

I like [name_m]Conroy[/name_m] too!

And this is probably just me but I feel like [name_u]Salem[/name_u] and [name_m]Farren[/name_m] if you pronounce them Sale-em and Fare-en would also be a little similiar, but easier to gloss over than with [name_u]Callum[/name_u] and [name_u]Salem[/name_u]
