The main protagonist in the story I’m writing needs a nickname. She and all of her siblings were named after Shakespearean characters, and all have great nicknames but her. The only thing I’ve come up with is [name]Tia[/name] and I am not really a fan.
Maybe [name]Ora[/name] or [name]Pia[/name]?
Does [name]Shay[/name] work?
[name]Shay[/name] could work. My only real idea was [name]Portia[/name] nn [name]Posy[/name]. I think you’d probably need an “S” mn for her, though.
[name]Love[/name] [name]Portia[/name], btw!
I like [name]Posy[/name], [name]Poe[/name], or Pea! Depends on her personality, of course.
I like [name]Poe[/name] or [name]Shay[/name]. Gorgeous name.
[name]Porty[/name] is what I thought of. I like the suggestion of [name]Posy[/name]!
I remember a kids’ book, Goneaway [name]Lake[/name], where the main character was [name]Portia[/name], nn [name]Tish[/name]. (I had only read the name [name]Portia[/name] at that time, and thought it was pronounced Por-Tee-A!)
I immediately though [name]Poe[/name] - I actually know a girl in college who went by this.
I like [name]Posy[/name] and [name]Poe[/name]! [name]Shay[/name] could work too though.
[name]How[/name] about [name]Zsa[/name] [name]Zsa[/name]?
