I like it! [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] is a feminine classic, quite popular at the moment, and [name_u]Adair[/name_u] balances that out being unexpected and unisex. Overall I think it sounds lovely and fresh.

Charlotte is lovely classic really elegant and regal sounding with a range of great nicknames including [name_f]Lottie[/name_f] which is adorable.
I think [name_u]Adair[/name_u] sounds really sweet with [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] she feels unexpected and spunky. I like this name!
