Charlotte Eliora?

Thoughts on this? I’m pretty happy with my current [name]Charlotte[/name] combo ([name]Charlotte[/name] [name]Olive[/name] [name]Jane[/name]), but I don’t like the repetition, as [name]Olivia[/name] nn [name]Olive[/name] is on my top 3. I just thought of it a moment ago and I have to say I’m really loving it! I really like [name]Eliora[/name], but would like to avoid it as a FN as I hate the nn [name]Ellie[/name], and I’m not sure it fits stylistically with my other FNs. I’ve been tossing around [name]Charlotte[/name] [name]Emilia[/name] and [name]Charlotte[/name] Esmee, as well, but I think I might love [name]Charlotte[/name] [name]Eliora[/name] much more than either of those!

I’m not sure about a second middle, it would probably be a family name–[name]Ruby[/name]/[name]Rue[/name], [name]Jane[/name], or [name]Wren[/name], probably…

Thanks, ladies!

I like it! I might mildly like [name]Charlotte[/name] [name]Eleora[/name] better (just a spelling change) - I feel like the I in [name]Eliora[/name] gets a little “lost”, and I think [name]Eleora[/name] is also an accepted spelling. But [name]Eliora[/name] is also good. I would probably go with [name]Charlotte[/name] [name]Eliora[/name]/[name]Eleora[/name] [name]Jane[/name] as [name]Ruby[/name]/[name]Rue[/name] and [name]Wren[/name] backs a lot of R in into [name]Eliora[/name]/[name]Eleora[/name], but they would really work too.

For a similar rhythm as [name]Olivia[/name], [name]Emilia[/name], and [name]Eliora[/name]…I think of…

[name]Charlotte[/name] [name]Aurelia[/name] [name]Wren[/name]

[name]How[/name] do you say [name]Eliora[/name]? I think it’s pretty if I’m saying it right. [name]Charlotte[/name] [name]Eliora[/name] is lovely, and very much your style! I say go for it!

el-ee-OR-ah is how I’m saying it. I hope that’s right, haha.

Close to me, we just emphasis different parts. I say it “eh-lee-or-ah” :stuck_out_tongue:

I think I prefer the flow of [name]Charlotte[/name] [name]Elora[/name].

Also the flow of [name]Charlotte[/name] [name]Emilia[/name] is spot on, but if I hear of another [name]Charlotte[/name] [name]Amelia[/name]/[name]Emilia[/name], I may lose it.

lol. Well, [name]Emilia[/name] would be after my great-grandmother ([name]Katherine[/name] [name]Amelia[/name]–I just like [name]Emilia[/name] much more than [name]Amelia[/name], and I love the [name]Shakespeare[/name] connection), who was an amazing lady. I’ve seen [name]Charlotte[/name] [name]Amelia[/name] a lot, but [name]Charlotte[/name] [name]Emilia[/name] feels much more fresh to me. Still, I am really liking [name]Charlotte[/name] [name]Eliora[/name] much more than [name]Charlotte[/name] [name]Emilia[/name] today. And I know a little [name]Elora[/name], so I feel a bit weird about [name]Charlotte[/name] [name]Elora[/name]–plus, [name]Eliora[/name] seems to spice [name]Charlotte[/name] up more than [name]Elora[/name] does…

I love [name]Charlotte[/name] [name]Emilia[/name] best. Good luck

I find [name]Charlotte[/name] [name]Eliora[/name] quite a mouthful. The flow is off just a bit. [name]Charlotte[/name] [name]Elora[/name] or [name]Charlotte[/name] [name]Emilia[/name] flow much easier.

I like it, but it is a teeny bit difficult to say. Have you considered Lior or [name]Liora[/name]? It means my light in hebrew.

I like [name]Charlotte[/name] [name]Eliora[/name] a lot! It seems very eleagant and beautiful. I think [name]Charlotte[/name] [name]Eliora[/name] [name]Jane[/name] would be great. However, I think [name]Charlotte[/name] [name]Emilia[/name] is STUNNING!!! [name]Just[/name] perfection. [name]Charlotte[/name] [name]Emilia[/name] [name]Ruby[/name] gets my vote

I do like Lior and [name]Liora[/name]! But with [name]Charlotte[/name], I like [name]Eliora[/name] more. Besides, I love that it means “God is my light”.

@[name]Lindsay[/name] - I love that you love [name]Charlotte[/name] [name]Emilia[/name] so much! haha. I love it, too, but I just can never seem to make it work. I do like it a lot, I’m just not sure it’s the one. I really don’t know where else to put [name]Emilia[/name], though, and I would really love to use it. But right now my heart’s with [name]Charlotte[/name] [name]Eliora[/name], I am really in love with it. Although I’m not sure I could give up [name]Charlotte[/name] [name]Olive[/name] [name]Jane[/name], either. Urgh.
