I love Charlotte Jane! It’s less expected than Grace and has a wonderful, literary and refreshing feel. I love Lottie as a nn but you also get CJ with this combo.
I also just find Vivienne harsh in general, outside French speaking contexts (where they push that ENNE sound). If you think won’t be VIVIan sounding but more ENNE then it’s more evenly matched - and I would use Iris as a middle (though maybe with Vivienne Grace flows better). Vivienne Iris is more blues/purples, clever & a little moody, while Charlotte Jane more creams and pinks, and more earnest.
I think Vivienne’s more interesting, but I’m more partial to [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] myself. I’m a big [name_f]Lottie[/name_f] fan and [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] is so sweet. That being said, I don’t find the N sound harsh in general, and don’t mind it with your surname. Also, I prefer [name_f]Sophie[/name_f] and [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] as opposed to [name_f]Sophie[/name_f] and [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]. I love [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] [name_f]Iris[/name_f] with your surname!
I love [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] so much and I think it’s so beautiful (and less common) when paired with a sister name [name_f]Sophie[/name_f]
I definitely don’t think the double n sound is much at all, I honestly didn’t think anything of it until you mentioned it. And even then I don’t hear anything wrong / weird sounding with it
As for middle names I think I lean slightly more for [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f] over [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] [name_f]Iris[/name_f]
