So…Charlsey is a family name that’s really been growing on me lately! I’ve never heard it anywhere else & was wondering if anyone else likes it. Or has anyone ever even heard this name before? I’m considering it for a middle name for [name]Brooklynn[/name].
Lemme add that I might spell it differently…Charlsy, Charlseigh, Charlsee, [name]Charlsie[/name]
If it didn’t have family significance, I would definitely say no. But if it’s meaningful to you, then I think you could make it work as a middle name. However, I do find it a bit confusing at first. It’s awkward to say, and I feel the urge to say either Chars-lee or [name]Charls[/name]-lee. You know?
But anyway, I think it would be acceptable to honor family by using it as a middle
Definitely only as a middle name… family significance is good, but it’s quite awkward to say. I feel like I’m saying “[name]Chelsea[/name]” with some kind of strange accent.
Yeahh it is difficult to pronounce, I found myself saying “[name]Charls[/name]-leigh” too! =p [name]Love[/name] the unique-ness of it but I’ll probably go with something easier to say.
