Chill? Classic? Fancy? Quirky?

As a long time name nerd I have cycled through many favourites and signatures. Somewhat recently I started categorizing my lists by style.

I will post my lists below. Comment on them and maybe even rate them? And then give it a shot yourself.

I describe “Chill” as familiar and common names that would easily fit in but are still lovely. “Classic” involves names many would consider old-fashioned. My current Classic list is accompanied by more masculine nick names. “[name_f]Fancy[/name_f]” are names that are very pretty, lovely and proper. “Quirky” are names usually well out of top 300 and are names you likely wouldn’t see a double of in a pre school.

I really liked this idea, and just did it myself. I won’t share my list, as it’s so long xDDD. But I will say; I had more quirky names than I thought I did, tbh. My chill is pretty even between the two sexes, and I find I have a lot of those too. I also find that my classic are more boys, than girls. I am more open ended with naming my girls than I am with my boys. I also have on two fancy boy names, but think that some could fit in that category as well. I have a lot that I had trouble placing, and even wrote next they may go in other categories, as some people may think they are not classic .

I think I’m definately in the “fancy” category. I also enjoy some classic’s and quirky names but my overall combos are fancy for sure!
