which name do you prefer and why?
[name_f]Daphne[/name_f]! Because it’s a little bit more unique and timeless to me, and it is so so sweet.
I prefer Daphne as it feels more unique and very classy
[name_f]Daphne[/name_f]! She’s so spring-y and cottagecore, and I love the cute nickname [name_m]Daffy[/name_m]!
[name_f]Chloe[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- I like the spring-y, sweet feel of it
[name_f]Daphne[/name_f]! Shw’s sweet and familiar, sort of classic victorian vibe but with a funky twist.
[name_f][/name_f]And for some strange reason [name_f]Chloe[/name_f] always makes me think of Chlorophyll (not that that’s a bad association, and I’m pretty sure that’s just me thing) but the meaning doesn’t help (I’m guessing they probably share a root word) and I just can’t get over it.
[name_f]Chloe[/name_f]
[name_f]Daphne[/name_f]! [name_f]Chloe[/name_f] feels overused and a touch boring to me, maybe because it was so popular for a time.
daphne! it’s less common, but still very known and regarded in the community. it’s also one of those names that can work in any age or place, and I find it so sweet! it’s also the name of one of my closest friends, so it has that extra memorable feel for me!!
I prefer [name_f]Chloe[/name_f] even though it’s fairly common. I’m just not fond of the ‘Daph’ sound. Probably reminds me of too much of the word ‘daff’.
[name_f]Chloe[/name_f] ~ so wonderful and adorable. Loved for a reason. Never hear it anymore.
[name_f]My[/name_f] pick would be [name_f]Daphne[/name_f]. She is sweet and timeless, well known but not overused.
[name_f][/name_f]To me [name_f]Chloe[/name_f] and [name_f]Daphne[/name_f] are very different styles. I grew up with about 5 or so Chloe’s in my class too, so it feels a bit more every day to me. However I can see the appeal of [name_f]Chloe[/name_f], especially nicknamed [name_f]Coco[/name_f].
[name_f]Daphne[/name_f]! [name_f]Chloe[/name_f] is too popular for me.
Both sound sweet, but [name_f]Daphne[/name_f] gets my pick. I like a name that’s a little less common.
[name_f]Daphne[/name_f] is my favourite. It feels timeless and underused familiar but not overly popular. I feel like [name_f][/name_f] [name_f]Daphne[/name_f] is also easier to spell, because there are not really more accepted spellings
I prefer the style of [name_f]Daphne[/name_f]
[name_f]Chloe[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f]- she is so sweet and cool, a really lovely name!
[name_f]Daphne[/name_f]! Timeless and so exciting.
Daphne! Sweet and floral!
[name_f]Chloe[/name_f]! I think it’s cute and sweet and classic without being over done.
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Daphne[/name_f] feels more dated to me.
