I am currently debating between [name_f]Chloe[/name_f] and [name_f]Cleo[/name_f]. I have an older daughter named [name_f]India[/name_f] as well. I know [name_f]Chloe[/name_f] is very popular right now, but that doesn’t necessarily bother me. What do you all prefer?
I adore [name_f]Cleo[/name_f]! I actually prefer the [name_f]Clio[/name_f] spelling personally, but either way it is such a nice name. Simple, but unique. I much prefer it to [name_f]Chloe[/name_f] and I think [name_f]Cleo[/name_f] and [name_f]India[/name_f] go very well together.
Both are pretty. I personally love [name_f]Cleo[/name_f] more as it strikes me as stronger, sleeker, and less frilly. Also less mainstream like [name_f]India[/name_f]. If your last name is [name_u]Murphy[/name_u], I’d definitely choose [name_f]Cleo[/name_f].
I definitely prefer [name_f]Cleo[/name_f] because it’s a bit more fresh and interesting, while not being too “out there.” [name_f]Chloe[/name_f] is cute and I like the name, but I think it’s a little less edgy and sounds a bit “younger” to me.
[name_f]Cleo[/name_f], [name_f]Cleo[/name_f], and [name_f]Cleo[/name_f]! To me it’s full of history, awesome imagery, personality, interesting, and cool. [name_f]Chloe[/name_f]'s nice, and I’ve known a few nice ones, but it feels a bit dull to me, [name_f]Cleo[/name_f] has far more spark. I have the [name_f]Clio[/name_f] spelling on my list for the Greek muse (I love history) but [name_f]Cleo[/name_f] has a lot going for her I think. Plus [name_f]India[/name_f] and [name_f]Cleo[/name_f] sound so good together.
Another vote for [name_f]Cleo[/name_f]. [name_f]Cleo[/name_f] feels a little livelier, and a little more unexpected, so I think that’s a good match for [name_f]India[/name_f].
That said, I don’t worry TOO much about “matching” sibling names, and [name_f]Chloe[/name_f] to me is timelessly lovely, so I don’t think you can go wrong with either choice!
