Chloe

What do you think of the name [name]Chloe[/name]?

It was on my list. I think it’s very pretty. I may try the Ch instead of K.

I think it’s very pretty, but I’m getting a tad tired of hearing it…seems to be everywhere at the moment. That being said, I think it’s a very sweet name that a little girl would love having.

I think I slightly prefer [name]Zoe[/name].

I think it’s pretty & feminine but way too popular for me to ever consider. The [name]Chloe[/name] that I knew growing up was artsy & unique. She was the only one I ever met un the mid 90s. Now I have a few friends with baby Chloes!

When I was in high school there was an off beat good looking girl named that and I LOOOOOVED that name but in the last 15 years that name has become REAL popular…like [name]Olivia[/name] - both great names but seems like there are a million of them everywhere you turn

The only [name]Chloe[/name] I’ve ever met is one of my best friends from high school. She’s kind of a loose cannon but I think it’s a lovely name!

i like the name but it has always felt a bit trendy - not just popuar, especially with khloe kardashian. i don’t mind popular but i feel like it could get a bad fel to it

It’s pretty, has a beautiful meaning, but is waaaay too popular!

I like it a lot, I have it down as a middle name for [name]Katniss[/name]. If it weren’t for my sister’s dog I’d use as first name.

I think it’s a nice name. It’s not really my style, but I definitely think it’s a good name. It’s a little too popular at the moment.

I agree that it’s popular, but if you love it, use it. [name]Chloe[/name] also works well as a mn or you could use a double name to make it a little more unique-- [name]Chloe[/name] [name]Fay[/name], etc.

I like it a lot, it was top contender for a middle name for [name]Alessandra[/name].
It’s a pretty name, but a bit stuffy and shallow sounding as a first name imo. I like it either way though.

[name]Chloe[/name] is a beautiful old Greek classic name that has been embraced by the world. I also love the French pronunciation especially if you want the name to be a little different.

I would use it because it is lovely and because my sweet granddaughter is named [name]Chloe[/name] [name]Skye[/name].

I used to really dislike it. I thought it sounded like a nickname and wouldn’t suit an adult. Now I see it more as the legit name that it is. Still not a favorite, but there’s nothing wrong with it.

I think it’s nice. The Chloes I’ve known have turned me off of it, but I do think it’s nice. I like it as a MN. I’ve always been partial to [name]Genevieve[/name] [name]Chloe[/name], although I’m not sure why.

It is really popular, but I haven’t met that many. I, too, prefer [name]Zoe[/name].

[name]Chloe[/name] is the name I wish I could somehow make less popular.
If it weren’t #1 in my area I would definately use it. I adore the name [name]Chloe[/name] for 20 years.
I love the look, the sound and the perfume!
[name]Brooke[/name] and [name]Chloe[/name]…
Anyway, due to it’s star quality I have replaced it with [name]Phoebe[/name]. Known, similar yet not as popular.

Thank you very much for all the replies. I really love this name but the one thing that bothers me alot is the link with [name]Khloe[/name] Kardashian as the Kardashian family really puts me off.

[name]Khloe[/name] seems light years away from [name]Chloe[/name], [name]Khloe[/name] is a horrible spelling. I wouldn’t worry about them in 10 years it will be [name]Khloe[/name] who?
