I really like [name_f]Moon[/name_f] as a middle name. If it were me I’d go with [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] [name_f]Moon[/name_f] or [name_u]Seren[/name_u] [name_f]Moon[/name_f]. 
I really love [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] [name_f]Moon[/name_f] too but I’m afraid it makes [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] seem even more masculine. [name_f]Do[/name_f] you think it looks fine?
I think [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is lovely!

I love the idea of [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] on a girl! [name_u]Presley[/name_u] is too [name_m]Elvis[/name_m] for me, I just can’t get past that. And Hudsyn [name_f]Moon[/name_f] is a lovely combo as well, it’s just that [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] sounds a little sweeter to me–and I’m not a huge fan of the Hudsyn spelling.
I really do adore [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]. Another good thing about [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] is that it comes with super-femme nicknames like [name_f]Elle[/name_f], [name_f]Ellie[/name_f], [name_f]Ella[/name_f], [name_f]Etta[/name_f], [name_f]Ettie[/name_f], etc. if she ever grows up to want something a bit less unisex.
As for [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] [name_f]Moon[/name_f], I don’t think it makes it more masculine. She’ll pretty much be known as [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] Lastname her whole life anyway, so I wouldn’t count on the middle to give more traditional femininity to her name.
The only way I could see the middle name mattering that way is if you want to give her a less unisex option for school and adulthood should she so desire. But like I mentioned, I think you have plenty of feminine nickname options with [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] that it’s unnecessary to compensate for that in the middle spot; I think if you love [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] [name_f]Moon[/name_f] the best, you should pick that!

I really like [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]! My second choice would be Hudsyn [name_f]Moon[/name_f] (or Hudsyn [name_f]Rose[/name_f])
