I love [name_f]Bea[/name_f] (pronounced BAY-uh, although BEE-uh and [name_f]Bee[/name_f] are adorable also) and [name_f]Scarlet[/name_f] the most!
[name_f]Bea[/name_f] - very short and sweet, adorable name in general
[name_f]Scarlet[/name_f] - I feel is the spunkiest out of your list, and I love spunky names personally
Possible Combos -
[name_f]Scarlet[/name_f] [name_f]Noelle[/name_f]
[name_f]Bea[/name_f] [name_f]Noelle[/name_f]
[name_f]Bea[/name_f] [name_u]Snow[/name_u] I’m not great at combos, I’ll leave the rest up to the more experienced berries
My favorites are Scarlet, Pearl & Lucille
I am also seconding the suggestions of Ivy, and leaving my own of Ivory, Belle, Esme, Emerald & Natalia/ Natasha
Scarlet Natalia
Ivory Lucille
Sylvie Natalia
Esme Lucille
Natalia Belle
Noelle Esme
Ivy Natasha
Ivory Natalia
Esme Pearl
Noelle Pearl
Bea–This is my favorite from your list (and one of my favorite names in general!). It gives me summery vibes in general, but I love the joyful meaning so much for a [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] baby.
Birdie–I love this! So sweet and happy. I’d be very excited to meet a little [name_f]Birdie[/name_f].
Lucille/Lulu/Lou–Of these three, just [name_u]Lou[/name_u] is my favorite (tied with [name_f]Mae[/name_f] for my second choice from your list in terms of my personal favorites!). I love [name_f]Lucille[/name_f] and [name_f]Lulu[/name_f] too though, and the light connection would be lovely if you’re looking for something a bit Christmas-y.
Mae–I adore [name_f]Mae[/name_f], but I don’t think it quite fits a [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] vibe if you’re specifically going for that. That being said, I love it equally for any birth month if you’re not going for a theme!
Goldie–So sparkly and sweet–I love it! Close to [name_f]Birdie[/name_f] for me and I maybe like it a little more right now. And something about the imagery of this one feels lovely for [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] time.
Pearl–I want to love this, but I never quite have. It’s such a sweet name though, I can definitely see the appeal!
Scarlet–I like this a lot but don’t quite love it. I do think it suits a [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] theme nicely though!
Sylvie–Lovely and sweet and full of energy! And I’ve seen the combo [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] [name_f]Belle[/name_f] on here, which always makes me think [name_u]Silver[/name_u] Bells!
If I had to rank them for you (not purely personal preference):
Congratulations!!!
I love [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f]! It’s a very sweet, graceful sounding name which also seems kind of bookish to me (maybe because of [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] from the children’s book, The Moffats).
I also like [name_f]Scarlet[/name_f], but spelled [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f]. I think people would definitely assume the [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] spelling, as it’s much more popular than Scarlet-with-one-t.
I think [name_f]Birdie[/name_f] is very cute as a nickname for [name_f]Bridget[/name_f] or [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] or something of the sort. Maybe [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] or [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f]? That way you could have [name_f]Bea[/name_f] and [name_f]Birdie[/name_f]! I personally would want something more formal for a given name.
[name_f]Mae[/name_f]- I’ve never been a fan of this one, but it’s simple, classic, and sweet.
[name_f]Goldie[/name_f]- Again, just not my style. I also prefer it as a nickname.
[name_f]Pearl[/name_f]- see [name_f]Mae[/name_f].
Lucille/Lulu/Lou- I’ve been liking [name_f]Lucille[/name_f] more lately! It’s a pretty name and would fit in very nicely with all the other delightful little old lady names.
[name_f]My[/name_f] favorite names for [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] are Natalie/Natalia, [name_u]Holly[/name_u], and [name_f]Mary[/name_f]! [name_f]Do[/name_f] you like [name_f]Stella[/name_f]? It seems like your style and it means star, like the [name_f]Star[/name_f] of [name_f]Bethlehem[/name_f].
Honestly a [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] baby seems so magical my OH niece is born [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] [name_f]Eve[/name_f] her name is [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] which is not Christmassy at all if I was to have a [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] baby I would fully embrace it
From your list my favourites for a [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] baby are [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f], [name_f]Goldie[/name_f] & [name_f]Scarlet[/name_f]. I absolutely love [name_f]Pearl[/name_f] but I think for a [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] baby [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f], [name_f]Goldie[/name_f] & [name_f]Scarlet[/name_f].
[name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] has a wintry elegant vibe that has gorgeous imagery with her meaning ‘from the forest’ it’s such a pretty name. Also she has a nice colour connotation that feels Christmassy.
Middle name ideas:
[name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] [name_f]Clementine[/name_f]
[name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] [name_f]Clarissa[/name_f]
[name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] [name_f]Christabel[/name_f]
[name_f]Scarlet[/name_f] feels Christmassy through the colour connotation of that bright red colour. [name_f]Scarlet[/name_f] is such a spunky name that feels romantic.
Middle name ideas:
[name_f]Scarlet[/name_f] [name_f]Belle[/name_f]
[name_f]Scarlet[/name_f] [name_f]Clarissa[/name_f]
[name_f]Scarlet[/name_f] [name_f]Mary[/name_f]
[name_f]Goldie[/name_f] is another spunky vintage choice that is happy and has great colour associations to [name_u]Christmas[/name_u]. I think [name_f]Goldie[/name_f] is such a happy name.
Middle name ideas:
[name_f]Goldie[/name_f] [name_f]Clara[/name_f]
[name_f]Goldie[/name_f] [name_f]Odette[/name_f]
[name_f]Goldie[/name_f] [name_u]Winter[/name_u]
Congrats!! <3
[name_f]My[/name_f] favorites are [name_f]Lucille[/name_f] and Scarlett!!
Since [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] is a red color, that is a festive [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] name already! So you wouldn’t need to go for a festive mn
[name_f]Sylvie[/name_f], [name_f]Pearl[/name_f], and [name_f]Scarlet[/name_f] are my favourites (in that order). Congratulations on your [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] baby!!
I actually love all of them but for a [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] baby [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] [name_f]Pearl[/name_f]
[name_f]Goldie[/name_f] [name_f]Bea[/name_f]
[name_f]Lucille[/name_f] [name_f]Birdie[/name_f]
I distinctly remember seeing you play around with short tomboy names in the past and as the only one surviving on your list I feel the need to vote for [name_u]Lou[/name_u]. I have two Lou’s in my family, one of either gender. I think it’s just fabulous. Simple but memorable.
I like that [name_f]Birdie[/name_f] would be an honour name and [name_f]Bea[/name_f] seems very fitting with your style but having seen your boy list, I think I’d prefer a [name_u]Bo[/name_u], [name_u]Benjamin[/name_u] or [name_m]Benji[/name_m] instead. The rest of your list is lovely, just not as exciting to me.
I always thought if I had a [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] babe I’d have to use [name_f]Natalie[/name_f] or [name_f]Natalia[/name_f] so I second those suggestions. [name_u]Winter[/name_u] would also be stunning!
[name_f]Noelle[/name_f] is a little overdone to me, but also pretty.
