Clara Marion?

I want a timeless/classic name for a girl. I love the meaning of these names. [name_f]Clara[/name_f] means bright and [name_u]Marion[/name_u] means rebellious. What do you guys think of these names together?

Please note, Clara will be pronounced with the “are” sound and not “air”.

Clara [name_u]Marion[/name_u] is gorgeous! I love the repeating r sound.

Definitely has some assonance going on. I like the meaning it’s fun but I don’t especially love [name_u]Marion[/name_u]. Sounds very male to me.

I hear the “ar” sound a lot. [name_u]Marion[/name_u] isn’t my favorite variation of [name_f]Mary[/name_f], but it’s ok.

Clara [name_u]Marion[/name_u] is very elegant

Its cute! I’m not keen on [name_f]Clara[/name_f], it’s to soft for me, I also prefer the spelling [name_f]Klara[/name_f]. [name_u]Marion[/name_u] is so elegant, I was obsessed with this name after reading [name_u]Robin[/name_u] Hood. [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_u]Marion[/name_u] is a gorgeous combination, strong [name_u]Marion[/name_u] pairs well with timid [name_f]Clara[/name_f].
xx - [name_f]Aleksandra[/name_f] “[name_f]Aleksa[/name_f]” Y.

I love [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_u]Marion[/name_u]. Very pretty.

I really like it - nice combo.

Very elegant and beautiful!

It’s nice! I love [name_f]Clara[/name_f] and like [name_u]Marion[/name_u] (although I prefer [name_u]Marian[/name_u]).

I love [name_f]Clara[/name_f], [name_u]Marion[/name_u] isn’t so much for me but it’s a perfectly usable name. I would prefer a little more variation in sound, as the -ar- is very present but other that that I think they flow well together.

Perfect with a capital P. And that’s how I pronounce [name_f]Clara[/name_f] too. Much prefer it with that pronounciation.
