- Thoughts on [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] as a combo?
[name_f]Clementine[/name_f] is sweet and old-fashioned. Not wild about [name_u]Clem[/name_u] or [name_u]Clemmie[/name_u]. The fruit association is refreshing.
[name_f]Clementine[/name_f] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] is nice.
[name_f]Eliza[/name_f] as a legal first to me sounds incomplete. I’d go with [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] and call her [name_f]Eliza[/name_f], but that’s me.
[name_f]Gwendolen[/name_f] I love, [name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f] not as much. I like [name_f]Gwen[/name_f] and [name_f]Lena[/name_f] as nn’s.
I love [name_f]Clementine[/name_f], I think it’s a great choice if you really want your kiddo to go by their full name and not a nn. It’s sweet but also ages well. I think Clemintine [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] is a lovely combo.
I love both [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] and [name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f], and I think [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] [name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f] would be a beautiful combo.
I understand the appeal of [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] but I just can’t get past the fact that it’s a fruit. I do think it’s cute though, and would prefer it as a middle name I think. [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] would be marvelous. (But for what it’s worth, the flow of [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] sounds great out loud.)
I adore [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] and [name_f]Eliza[/name_f], and love them together.
[name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f] just feels too frilly for my taste, though I love the similar [name_f]Guinevere[/name_f].
I love [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] and I really like [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f]
My favorite is [name_f]Clementine[/name_f], it’s so sweet!
I like [name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f] a lot but hate nicknames [name_f]Gwen[/name_f] and [name_u]Lyn[/name_u]. I would love to meet a [name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f] “[name_f]Dolly[/name_f]” or even “[name_f]Wendy[/name_f]” though!
[name_f]Eliza[/name_f] is my least favorite. It’s a nice name with rich history but it just doesn’t seem as interesting to me. However, the combo [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] is very charming!
[name_f]Clementine[/name_f]: I can’t get past the fruit association, but I don’t like word names in general.
[name_f]Eliza[/name_f]: I love [name_f]Eliza[/name_f]! It is sweet and spunky and beautiful!
[name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f]: It sounds a little clunky and heavy but I love the nickname [name_f]Gwen[/name_f]. Personally I would just use [name_f]Gwen[/name_f] instead of the full [name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f].
Thoughts on [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f]: I don’t like [name_f]Clementine[/name_f]. I like [name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] better.
[name_f]Eliza[/name_f] is so sweet! I’d prefer [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] over [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f]. I’m not a fan of [name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f], but I really like the look and sound of [name_f]Gwen[/name_f] [name_f]Clementine[/name_f].
All of these are awesome! I like [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f], but would vastly prefer [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] [name_f]Clementine[/name_f].
Thank you for all the feedback, everyone!
I like all three names, and they all fit well with the names you have in your signature. [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] has a nice flow to it, too.
