[name_m]Hi[/name_m] I’ve posted a few times before. I asked about a month ago about a sister name for my daughter. Someone commented about the name [name_u]Esme[/name_u]. Are [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and [name_u]Esme[/name_u] a good combo name. Their oldest sibling would be [name_m]Samuel[/name_m]. I would then have [name_m]Samuel[/name_m], [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and [name_u]Esme[/name_u] if my next child is a girl. What do you think? Too many s or z sounds? Tend to lean towards less common vintage girl names. I always enjoy reading your thoughts and creative ideas. Thanks.
I think [name_m]Samuel[/name_m], [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and [name_u]Esme[/name_u] work beautifully together! [name_u]Love[/name_u] that they all share letters without being repetitive or rhymey. Very cohesive
Thanks!
[name_u]Esme[/name_u] is beautiful - a charming meaning, a lovely sound, familiar but distinctive. I think it goes well with your other kids
Not too many s or z sounds at all (they’re all in different spots so it’s not obvious). I think the sibset is lovely and flows well.
They work great together!
I absolutely love both [name_m]Samuel[/name_m] & [name_f]Rose[/name_f]. I’ve personally never seen the appeal of [name_u]Esme[/name_u]. I think it works fine if it’s what you love, but I’d lean toward other options. [name_u]Esme[/name_u] strikes me as a bit more modern/trendy, whereas [name_m]Samuel[/name_m] & [name_f]Rose[/name_f] are timeless. I’ve included other timeless names in my suggestions, as well as some with a more vintage sensibility, or antiques due for a resurgence.

They are beautiful together! I love the shared S sounds, and think they are each still very distinctive.
Absolutely beautiful together. [name_u]Esme[/name_u] and [name_f]Rose[/name_f] are both vintage beauties, they remind me of cottage gardens and blowsy cabbage roses. [name_m]Samuel[/name_m] manages to be both strong and gentle. Absolutely one of the best, most cohesive sets I’ve heard on here - bravo
I really like [name_m]Samuel[/name_m], [name_f]Rose[/name_f], and [name_u]Esme[/name_u] together.
Thanks for sharing
They’re perfect together!!
I LOVE those three together. It’s a subtle but not too cutesy sibling pairing.
Oh I absolutely adore this sibling set
[name_m]Samuel[/name_m] & [name_f]Rose[/name_f] are gorgeous names. I have a soft spot for [name_m]Samuel[/name_m] he’s timeless, incredibly classic, has a lovely meaning and biblical history. [name_m]Samuel[/name_m] is great. [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is my all time favourite name she’s beautiful, romantic and charming. I adore [name_f]Rose[/name_f]. Anyways onto [name_u]Esme[/name_u] she is lovely a very sweet, cheerful, delicate and has the lovely meaning ‘loved’. I do find [name_u]Esme[/name_u] a little trendy as @somemelodioussonnet said however I still think this sibling set is stunning and works wonderfully.
I adore [name_u]Esme[/name_u] and love Z sounds. Nice!
