Six years in, and a lot has happened with the Holmes’. It had not been even a year after welcoming their wild and wonderful sextuplets when Fern was hired as an editor for a renowned publishing house. When the sextuplets turned two and a half, James and Fern suggested an idea which the children accepted - they would make use of the huge backyard of their mansion by building a coop and a stable, which now house a rooster, four hens, and a horse. The family also adopted a guard dog. They have also toyed with the idea of founding a riding school, which materialized last year. Next up: James & Fern founding a homestead when they retire.
