I adore the name [name_m]Coen[/name_m], but I’m worried because of the problems with [name_m]Cohen[/name_m]. [name_m]Coen[/name_m] comes from different roots but sounds the same. Would this cause problems? [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] is cute too but just too popular for me, and I’m not a fan of [name_m]Bowen[/name_m], Lowen, etc. I’ve considered [name_m]Conan[/name_m] but I just don’t love it as much. So is [name_m]Coen[/name_m] also controversial? Any other suggestions?
While their roots are different , I feel like it might still get mixed up with [name_m]Cohen[/name_m] - as a kind of edgy or alternative spelling - and be considered offensive, sorry
Some suggestions
[name_m]Cian[/name_m]/[name_m]Kian[/name_m]
[name_u]Tobin[/name_u]
[name_m]Coby[/name_m]
[name_m]Crosby[/name_m]
[name_m]Conrad[/name_m]
[name_m]Colman[/name_m]
[name_m]Coen[/name_m]'s actually pronounced coon, no co-en.
I think it’s pronounced Coon as much as names like [name_m]Soren[/name_m] are pronounced Sir-en…not as much in the US, even though that’s how they are said in their native country.
